Bryzoo is used by young children, so the short version matters most: we do not collect anything about your child, and the site does not talk to anybody else.

The whole truth about tracking

Bryzoo loads no analytics, no advertising pixels, no social buttons, no fonts from Google, and no third-party scripts of any kind. When your child opens Bryzoo, their browser makes requests to our servers and to nobody else. There is no profile of your child anywhere, because there is nothing here that could build one.

What is stored on your device

A few small things are saved in your own browser. They never leave it, we cannot read them, and clearing your browser data deletes them:

• Which animals have been watched — so the site can show what’s new and count your free videos.
• Whether the talking buttons are on — the 🔊 setting.
• Your aquarium and zoo — if your child has played with those pages.

Children

Bryzoo is designed for children, so we have built it so that children give us nothing. A child never types a name, an email address, a birthday or anything else. There is no login for children, no profile, no comments, no messaging and no way for anyone to contact your child through Bryzoo.

If you subscribe, the account is yours, not your child’s. We ask for a grown-up’s email address and nothing about the child at all — not their name, not their age.

If you subscribe

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us — we never see or store them. From Stripe we receive only what we need to know whether your subscription is active: your email address, and the status of the payment.

We use that email address to give you access to your account and to email you about your subscription — receipts, renewals, and problems with payment. We will not send you marketing unless you ask for it, and we will never sell, rent or share your email address with anyone.

Where things are kept

The videos and the site are served from our hosting providers. Subscriber records are held in our own database, and payment records are held by Stripe. We keep subscriber records for as long as you have an account, and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and tax.

Your choices

• See or delete your data. Email us and we will send you everything we hold about you, or delete it.
• Cancel any time from your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Clear what’s on the device by clearing your browser data for this site.

Changes

If we ever change this policy in a way that matters, we will say so on this page and email subscribers. We will never add advertising or third-party tracking to Bryzoo. That is not a plan we might revisit — it is the reason Bryzoo costs money instead of being free.
