Who we are

Bryzoo is operated by Remarkable Places, LLC. You can reach a real person at hello@bryzoo.tv.

Who the account belongs to

If you subscribe, you must be an adult, and the account is yours. Children don’t have accounts on Bryzoo and never give us any information. You’re responsible for anything done through your account, so keep your sign-in to yourself.

Free and paid

You can watch a limited number of animals for free — currently ten a day and fifty a month — with no account and no card. A subscription removes that limit. We may change the size of the free allowance over time.

Paying, renewing and cancelling

• Subscriptions are $5.55 a month or $55 a year, and they renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
• We’ll email you a receipt for every payment. Charges appear as BRYZOO.TV.
• If we change the price, we’ll tell you by email first, and it won’t apply until your next renewal.
• If something has gone wrong, ask us for a refund. We’d far rather sort it out than have you dispute a charge.

What you can do with the videos

Watch them, at home or in a classroom, as much as you like. Please don’t download, copy, re-upload or redistribute them — the videos are built from photographs licensed to us by photographers around the world, and passing them on breaks the terms we hold them under.

Every photograph and clip is credited on our credits page, with its licence. If you are a photographer and we’ve credited you incorrectly, or used something we shouldn’t have, email us and we will fix or remove it straight away.

What we promise, and what we don’t

We work hard to make Bryzoo accurate, safe and available. But it’s a small operation: occasionally something will break, a video will be wrong, or the site will be down for a while. We’ll fix what we can as fast as we can. Bryzoo is provided as it is, and we can’t promise it will be perfect or uninterrupted.

Bryzoo is for entertainment and learning. It isn’t educational advice, and it isn’t a substitute for supervising your own child’s screen time.

Ending things

You can stop using Bryzoo whenever you like. We may suspend an account that is being used to copy or redistribute our videos, or to abuse the service — and if we do, we’ll refund whatever you’ve paid for time you haven’t had.

Changes

If we change these terms meaningfully we’ll post the new version here and email subscribers before it takes effect.
